Chicago Urban MINES is a network of urban music industry professionals committed to fostering the growth and expansion of Chicago's rich urban music culture. Through networking and entertainment platforms we bring individuals together to socialize, network and create dialogue. Urban Mines was born out of the need for a forum. The necessity to have a bloodline through which our creative and mental energy could flow, and a place where we could check our egos at the door. A platform where we could discuss issues dear to us, and maybe even learn something. An oasis where like minds could vibe. No stress. A place where we could be one. Urban Mines is designed to amplify the collective voice of Chicago’s urban music culture, and serve as an oasis for individuals who create urban music. - Artists
