- VIDEOTAPE Videotape is a Chicago-based band comprised of five members: AJ Cesena, Sophie Leigh, Ian McDuffie, Sarah Sterling, and Jenna Caravello. The group has been playing in the Chicago area since 2010. Their dynamic and captivating sound could be categorized as indie/pop/shoegaze. They are known to mix straightforward pop with dense layers of atmosphere and noise to create an ethereal, yet somehow familiar sound. Major influences have been Thom Yorke, Stereolab, Sonic Youth, and the Pixies. LOVE AND RADIATION - A guitar and keys duo! POOL HOLOGRAPH - Embracing conventions of early garage rock and dream pop, Pool Holograph give way to bass-driven instrumentation laced with floral harmonics and cascading choruses.
