If you're not doing game night AT LEAST once a month, then you're doing things wrong. You can't beat getting a few friends together, grabbing some drinks, and playing a round of Monopoly—just kidding, don't play Monopoly if you want to keep said friends.
We've rounded up some of the best bars in town where you and your crew can roll some dice or draw some cards. Just play fair, and make sure to grab the winner a celebratory drink!

A pour-your-own-beer spot, Navigator has board games out of the wazoo and also a life-sized Connect Four and Jenga. We recommend stepping out of the way when that thing falls over.

Seconds from the Western Blue Line stop (the stairs literally drop you off at the entrance), you’ll find some great drink deals, awesome music, and, inevitably, a great time.

This vine-covered tavern is the perfect place to stop by before or after a Cubs game if you’re trying to avoid the Wrigley crowd. Grab a drink and a classic board game and enjoy talking at a normal, human volume.

The historic California Clipper has more to offer than just board games. Its cocktails are some of the city's best and its music roster ranges from jazz, soul, indie, and beyond. It's not a bad addition to game night!

Its look might be minimal but the beer is anything but at Hopewell. You’ll find the board games in the back corner, but the best part is you can bring your dog! As long as they don’t cheat...

Helping make the beginning of the week suck a little bit less, every Monday and Tuesday is board game night at Blue Line Lounge!
