Riot Fest is searching for Chicago’s worst tattoo, and your questionable life choice could finally pay off. Show us the ink you’d rather forget for a chance to win Riot Fest 2026 VIP tickets, a Removery gift card to erase the evidence, and a Tattoo Factory gift card to start fresh.
Bad portrait? Ex’s name? A word you definitely should’ve spell-checked first? Submit your worst ink and turn that regret into something worth celebrating.

First Place:
• One pair of VIP 3-day passes to Riot Fest
• Removery voucher for a complete removal of a single tattoo up to 16 sq. inches (valued at $3,800)
• $100 Tattoo Factory gift card
Second Place: One pair of 3-day GA passes to Riot Fest
Third Place: One pair of 3-day GA passes to Riot Fest
How it works:
Step 1: Snap a photo of your worst tattoo.
Step 2: Upload your photo below. (You may upload a maximum of 3 pictures from August 21st - 30th)
Step 3: On August 31st, semi-finalists will be selected by Riot Fest + Do312 staff.
Step 4: Vote! Starting on September 1st at 12:00pm CDT, you can vote once per day for your favorite tattoo out of the semi-finalists. Voting ends September 8th at 12:00pm CDT.
Step 5: Winners will be announced on September 9th.
