Dinner options include a smoked chicken dinner, pulled pork meal kits, and fried chicken slider meal kit, all paired with fabulous sides such as mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, kale salad and more.


Sister restaurant Ina Mae Tavern & Packaged Goods is also offering these family meals. Their menu includes Fresh Catch Dinner with fried catfish, Big Chicken Dinner with a whole fried chicken, Taste of Nola with gumbo Yaya or shrimp boil and Roast Beef Po' Boy Kit, all paired with yummy sides. The Chicago Reader has published a coloring book to raise funds for the paper and the artists who contributed drawings to the effort. The 52-page coloring book is available in both PDF download and limited-edition print form. More than 50 local artists contributed an amazing mix of illustrations. Coloring pages depict legendary Chicagoans like Frankie Knuckles, architecture such as Fireside Bowl, fun illustrations of everyday Chicagoans and more. Books can be ordered here. The book is $30 as a PDF download, and $45 for a PDF plus printed book (limited edition, mailed).
