The Best Brunches In Chicago

Brunch is a serious business in Chicago.

Ask anyone for recommendations and they’ll likely already have a list of their favorites locked and loaded. That’s what makes narrowing down the best brunch spots in the city so hard. It’s nearly impossible, but you’ll never go wrong with these classics.

We've never met a brunch dish we didn't love at Uncommon Ground. Savory faves like biscuits and gravy and chilaquiles have just as big of a spot on the menu as sweet treats like pancakes and french toast. With two locations to try, you'd better get a visit on your calendar now!

The Second City

230 W North Ave. - Old Town

Brunch is always a little bit better with laughs. Make sure you check out Second City's Improv Brunch, an 80-minute show on Saturdays and Sundays at noon. Make sure you buy your tickets ahead of time so they don't sell out.

Everything on their menu is made from scratch – including their hash browns and sausages.
