Where To Watch Your Favorite Pro Football Team This Fall

It's Sunday morning and you need a place to watch your favorite out-of-town-team. Not every Chicago bar supports the Bears but, let's be honest, most of them do. We saved you some work and hand-picked your best game day experience for every NFL team that doesn't employ a dude named Cutler.

Let's get one thing out of the way first though: You'll have a hard time finding a bar that doesn't show the Bears game each week, but if you're looking for some of the best places to watch your home team, check these out:

Now for the other 31 teams...

NEW ORLEANS SAINTS: FRONTIER

Frontier already has a NOLA feel to its menu (Who else does whole alligator service in this city?), but on Sundays, its all-seasons patio really transforms into Saints fan's paradise. Po'boys are served, Hurricanes flow freely and the Four Star Brass Band is on hand to play "When The Saints Go Marching In" before every kickoff.

BALTIMORE RAVENS: George Street Pub

The official meeting place for the Ravens Club of Chicago, George Street boasts a patio, crab cakes and even the occasional Poe sighting

CINCINNATI BENGALS: KINCADE'S

Welcome to the jungle. This Lincoln Park bar caters to Who Dey Nation hardcore with Coney dogs and orange Jello shots.

CLEVELAND BROWNS: John Barleycorn

Not only can you watch the Cleveland Browns at John Barleycorn, you can watch all Cleveland teams there... along with a couple hundred other fans! Home to the Official Cleveland Browns Backers, The Chi-Town Dog Pound, you're sure to be amongst friends during game days.

PITTSBURGH STEELERS: DARK HORSE

There's an unusually large number of Steelers bars in this city but Dark Horse gets our pick and its year-round, heated patio has a lot to do with that. The Paulina Meat Market brats don't hurt either.

DETROIT LIONS: TIN LIZZIE

Good luck getting a seat in this place on Detroit game day! There might be other Lions bars around Chicago but Tin Lizzie's reputation overshadows them all. (Plus, it's not a bad place to watch the Tigers, Red Wings and Pistons either.)

GREEN BAY PACKERS: WILL'S NORTHWOODS INN

Step inside Will's and you might forget what state you're in. Everything about this place is as authentically Wisconsin as it can be considering it's actually in the middle of Chicago. Strap on your cheesehead, order up a "deep fried goodness" combo platter and join the rest of The Pack.

MINNESOTA VIKINGS: REDMOND'S

Kickoff on Vikings game days is best served at Redmond's with a bucket of beers. It might be in the belly of the Lakeview/Wrigleyville sports bar beast but there's no doubting this spot's colors are purple and yellow.

HOUSTON TEXANS: DAILY BAR AND GRILL

Head north to this Lincoln Square bar—specializing in solid martinis and draft beer—where Texans fans have been known to gather on game days.

INDIANAPOLIS COLTS: FOUR SHADOWS

Four Shadows has full sound for every Colts game and anyone will tell you this place gets a little rowdy when it comes to football.

ATLANTA FALCONS: KELsEY'S

Chicago is hardly a source of southern comfort but Kelsey's has been welcoming Falcons fans for years. The bar in this saloon-style pub is loooong so pull up a stool and settle in for four quarters.

CAROLINA PANTHERS: FLAGSHIP

This Lakeview sports bar got in on the ground floor of the Panthers' recent(ish) rise in popularity and is now the go-to watering hole for fans of the former Super Bowl contenders.

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS: TRIPOLI TAP

This is your spot for all Boston sports. Before you even ask, yes, chowder is on the menu. Go Pats.

NEW YORK GIANTS: RACINE PLUMBING

New York sports fans have a home away from home in Racine Plumbing—especially during football season. It's the official Giants bar of Chicago. Where else would you want to watch the game?

NEW YORK JETS: BUTCH MCGUIRE'S

Maybe this particularly Irish Gold Coast bar just likes to stick with a green color scheme. Whatever the case it attracts many a Jets fan.

BUFFALO BILLS: LINCOLN STATION

Come by Chicago's best-known Bills bar and stay for a round of pool after the game.

DALLAS COWBOYS: COMMONWEALTH TAVERN

Fill up with Texas lemonades and pulled pork sandwiches on Cowboys game day at this Roscoe Village neighborhood bar.

DENVER BRONCOS: THE IRISH OAK

This place has enough whiskey and brightly colored fishbowl concoctions to celebrate (or mourn) the outcome of any game. It's also the only Broncos bar you'll find in Wrigleyville.

KANSAS CITY CHIEFS: TOONS

Interestingly enough, this New Orleans-themed bar—known as one of the area's friendliest—attracts way more Alex Smith than Drew Brees fans. Catch any Chiefs game here. Most of the food is Cajun, but the ribs are definitely Kansas City style.

OAKLAND RAIDERS: TAVERN ON LITTLE FORT

This place might not put its Raiders pride front and center but silver and black jerseys can be spotted on almost any game day.

SAN DIEGO CHARGERS: Roadhouse 66

The official Chi Town Charger Backers claim this Wrigleyville offshoot as their game day gathering spot. Look for the big Route 66-inspired sign...or all the Chargers jerseys.

ARIZONA CARDINALS: CUBBY BEAR

Cubby Bear also serves as a refuge for fans of this former Chicago team.

SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS: CHEESIE'S PUB & GRUB

Who knew that grilled cheese and Bay Area football paired so well? This Belmont Avenue eatery and bar took over as the city's only true 49ers bar several years ago and fans haven't stopped flocking there since.

SEATTLE SEAHAWKS: BROWNSTONE TAVERN

After longtime Hawks Nest HQ Newport Bar & Grill closed, Chicago Seahawks fans have found a new home in Brownstone Tavern. Let the migration begin.

Philadelphia Eagles: Mad River

This roomy Lakeview space is the perfect destination for Eagles fans. With flags proudly lining the walls, it won't be hard to get into the football mood (like you even need to anyway).

LOS ANGELES RAMS: SEDGWICK'S BAR

This bar continues to support the Rams even after moving to Los Angeles. Sedgwick's is officially a Colts bar but its St. Louis Cardinals affiliation always attracted Rams fans during football season. This year they'll still be happy to put the games on in the pool room if requested.

JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS, TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS, TENNESSEE TITANS, Miami Dolphins,  Washington Redskins: JOE'S BAR

Okay, so there is no "official" Jaguars, Buccaneers, Titans, Dolphins or Redskins bars in Chicago (that we know of anyway), but Joe's has NFL Sunday Ticket, loads of TVs, lots of beer and a rooftop! We're sure you can find a way to have a good time while you watch your team.
