Ah Valentines Day, love, coupling, smooches...tis the season. Christian lore and Wikipedia tells us that St. Valentine himself was arrested and imprisoned after being caught marrying Christian couples. Apparently helping out Christians was such a big no-no in Rome at the time, that Val was stoned and beaten with clubs; when that failed to kill him, he was publicly beheaded as warning to those who would disobey the emperor....now who wants chocolates and a prix fixe!? 

Regardless of why we celebrate the day, Do312.com's got some decapi-tastic (yep I said it) events fo you and your loved one(s) so forget the Garfield card and the Whitman's sampler, express your bonds by going out and getting your special someone well fed, entertained, and shit-faced on a weekday.  We can think of no better way to say...amore.
